Art stored in digitally controlled shelves
About 1 million works of art on paper are stored in the Albertina Museum's 24 metre deep shelving canyons in Vienna. The shelves are fully automatic and digitally controlled, protected against direct light, temperature fluctuations, dampness and bacteria. A mural painted by drones
Four drones equipped with paint cans worked over a 12-hour period to paint this mural. Each drone was operating as part of a whole, with multiple position monitoring systems making sure they didn?t accidentally bump into one another. Each color layer was laid on separately, representing a different aspect of the community the project is trying to highlight. https://techcrunch.com/2019/07/05/this-drone-swarm-spray-painted-a-jumbo-size-graffiti-mural/
