AI Water Safety Platform Prevents Drownings Before They Happen
According to the World Health Organization, at least 236,000 people lose their lives each year in the water. When Israeli business Adam Bismut saw a man lose his life by drowning at the Dead Sea he was determined to stop such tragedies; he invented Sightbit. The first part of the platform is reading the state of the water: The AI can recognize a range of wave movements and detect any dangerous areas for swimmers, kayakers and anyone in or on the water.
