The best gift received at a conference
I received this phone charger at the CFO Forum this week sponsored by EY and arranged by Connect Events. It's the best gift I've ever received at a conference because it's so useful. It's a phone charger with a cord that I can plug in to charge my phone as well as the charger. And it's very easy to carry in my bag.

Plaques to remember people under park trees
Centennial Park in Sydney is marketing plaques under trees to remember friends and family. The plaque under this Tulip Tree was dedicated to Mikaela Mae Harris in 2009. We walked past the tree today and it looks so beautiful on this Autumn day that we stopped to admire it and saw the plaque.

Rate films you see on your next flight
Qantas A330 flights now let you rate films you see. This is the first time I've been given this opportunity and it should make the people rating on films more representative of people who see them on flights. I took the opportunity to rate a wonderful documentary on Peggy Guggenheim during a flight from Sydney to Jakarta.

Millennials prefer fresh food
Recent research has shown that Millennial Australians (18 - 35 years old) ? are three times more likely to buy pre-prepared vegetables than the average shopper, and while frozen food is still a popular option for them, many feel as though they?re compromising on taste and quality if they buy frozen vegetables, leading to the relatively strong preference for fresh, pre-prepared options. This is good news for people concerned that unhealthy diets are leading to health problems such as diabetes. https://insidefmcg.com.au/2016/05/23/fresh-is-best-for-millennial-shoppers/
