This refuge called "Land of the Strays" is a privately-funded, volunteer-run organisation in Costa Rica, where they bathe, feed, and exercise the 900 dogs they house by guiding them on scenic walking tours that are free and open to the public. You can visit for interest or to adopt- there is no pressure as they don't kill dogs that are not adopted.
