MDA, an international space mission partner has developed Canadarm, that lifts heavy equipment and performs complex maintenance on the International Space Station. This innovation led to the development of Neuroarm, a robot that is able to perform surgery within MRI scanners (magnetic resonance machines).

PII Foundation, a U.S. non for profit, has been funding crisis tele-health care for patients at risk, who cannot access direct care.
