PII Foundation, a U.S. non for profit, has been funding crisis tele-health care for patients at risk, who cannot access direct care. This is due to  global natural disasters, war or remote situations with little or no clinics or staff.

The foundation's goal is to rapidly fund services that can easily be deployed by way of a hospital in the cloud using native qualified licensed doctors and therapists to communicate with patients using Starlink and cell phones.

To date, 8000 free visits have been provided to Ukrainian families who are either trapped in Ukraine or have fled.
