How taking up a sport with a disability can change your life
If you watched the Paralympics, then you might be familiar with goalball. If unfamiliar, it's a three person a side fast paced game designed for people with visual impairment. They use a ball with bells embedded in it and each team must try to throw the ball in their opponent's goal.Jade, a keen goalball player, talks us through how they got into the sport and how it's important for disabled people to have the same access to sports like this rather than people being dismissed for having a disability.Click the link to find out more:https://www.scope.org.uk/news-and-stories/paralympics-goalball-scope-jade
