World's first self-adjusting insulin pump

post-image
The world's first self-adjusting insulin pump systems for diabetes type-1 patients aged seven years or older.
Medtronic MiniMed 670G continuously monitors glucose and provides updates to the pump every five minutes, which then adjusts the insulin dose required based on the previous two to six days’ data.
MiniMed® has SmartGuard® Auto Mode. This is the only technology that mimics some of the functions of a healthy pancreas by providing two levels of insulin delivery. The advanced learning algorithm allows a person to live without multiple daily injections and without having to calculate the insulin dose they require. | http://bit.ly/36sgVBX
