post-image

Australian biomedical scientists have developed a simple saliva test as part of a research project to detect early throat cancer. The Queensland University of Technology scientists developed the test for a person who had no symptoms or clinical signs of cancer. This is a world-first discovery, detecting previously, undetectable throat cancer. Further trials could see the first screening program for a disease, now more common than cervical cancer. | https://www.qut.edu.au/news?id=162949
