At the new Tiger Trek exhibit at Taronga Zoo in Sydney you won't just stare at tigers through glass. You can climb into a Toyota LandCruiser and effectively enter their enclosure, protected only by a toughened windscreen and windows, like on a safari. The Sumatran tiger, which is a native to Indonesia, is a critically endangered animal with only up to 400 remaining in the wild.

What a clever idea for Beijing Normal University to adopt the Bell for their symbol. It connects back to Confucian times when teachers used bells like this to summon their students.
How clever that the LEGO store on 23rd St. in Manhattan mimics iconic New York City sights by building them with LEGOs and displaying in their windows. This week features the Statue of Liberty. And, ironically the store is just across 5th Ave. from Madison Square Park where the statue's upheld torch was stored until 1882 awaiting for additional funding and the remainder of the statue to arrive from France. I love having more soft drink options than just Coke. I first spotted grapefruit flavored soda in the Canadian Rockies. What a clever idea - now I find it in the US. Who knew that Fresca was grapefruit flavored? I didn't.
