A new coffee shop called Catmosphere has opened in Surry Hills, Sydney. For $20, cafe customers receive a coffee, a cat-shaped cookie, and access to a rotating roster of felines to pat, scratch and Instagram. The Catmosphere cats are from animal rescue organisations like Inner City Strays. Book ahead as this is a very popular new idea!

It's a clever idea to come to Sydney for 10 weeks from Jan 2016 after a successful stay in Tokyo this year where the waiting list for reservations was reportedly 60,000. Noma is famed for experimenting with local ingredients. We had this dish (amongst many) called "hen and the egg" in Copenhagen after booking months ahead!
