Shoes made with recycled ocean plastic
In 2019 Adidas expects to make 11 million pairs of shoes with recycled ocean plastic. That's more than double what it made in 2018. Adidas says their partnership with Parley for the Oceans has prevented 2,810 tons of plastic from reaching the oceans. And this is just the first step. Adidas is also developing a 100% recyclable shoe called the Futurecraft Loop. This shoe is made to be remade- it can be returned and broken down to create a brand-new pair.  https://www.businessinsider.com/adidas-sneakers-plastic-bottles-ocean-waste-recycle-pollution-2019-8

A layered cappuccino
I enjoyed this cappuccino, topped with cinnamon, at Tweed's Restaurant and Buffalo Bar, Riverhead, Long Island. I asked how it was made and was surprised to hear it's easy -using a Nespresso Aeroccino3 Milk Frother. The cappuccino costs US$8.50 and I presume it's very profitable!  The last time I had a layered cappuccino was in Mexico City.

Holiday in a luxury igloo at the North Pole
Luxury Action, a Finnish luxury travel company, is set to open a movable igloo hotel at the North Pole in April 2020 that will operate every April from then. Guests will stay in one of 10 heated, glass-walled igloos at night, where they can gaze at the stars, and probably the Northern Lights, through glass ceilings. During the day, they will sightsee around a glacier, meet arctic scientists and indigenous people, and hopefully catch sightings of seals, polar bears, arctic birds and other wildlife. http://www.luxuryaction.com/

Neuroscientists have identified how exactly a deep breath changes your mind.
The findings from new neural research prove how using controlled or conscious breathing during times of stress or when heightened concentration is needed can positively change the brain. The taking in and releasing of deep breaths proves what many intuitively knew, that this simple act can relieve feelings of stress and bring greater focus. https://qz.com/quartzy/1132986/neuroscientists-have-identified-how-exactly-a-deep-breath-changes-your-mind/
