Officially opened at the Paris institution in March 2023. Curated by the museum's president Cécile Debray and Joanne Snrech, under the artistic direction of Paul himself. The exhibition is a unique showcase of the artist's sweeping oeuvre – with a twist. No white walls but colourful artfully designed walls, that speak to the art works in a new way. “A show as a three-dimensional exhibition of colour, optimism and lateral thinking, he was not comparing myself to Picasso - but he could relate to the way he was just interested in ‘stuff’ and his childlike approach to it.” https://www.afr.com/life-and-luxury/arts-and-culture/what-happened-when-paul-smith-designed-a-picasso-exhibition-202
In his digital work Looking at the Flowers, the 85-year-old British artist plays with traditional still life. He depicted himself twice, on the right and the left of the composition – seemingly caught in a private moment as he looks at 20 of his own exuberant floral still life’s that hang on a wall in front of him. In both self-portraits he wears the same, blue-checked suit and white flat cap, while sitting in different chairs and smoking a cigarette on the left while an ashtray is among objects on a simple table placed next to his other self.

DALL-E asked designers to create rooms, objects, and other weird experiments using tools like ChatGPT and the image-generation program DALL-E. What will AI in the future mean?: Will machines take over the world and the design industry? How scared should we be? These are questions to ask. DALL-E allows you to generate an endless stream of fictitious images based on whatever prompt you plug in. Eg The Hand Chair. Louise Bourgeois and Franz West make a chair out of hands as in a Brutalist building. The outcome of 2 artists works melded together. Louise-bourgeois & Franz West.
Irish lighting artist Niam Barry makes three dimensional drawings in bronze and light. She looks at the beauty of nature for inspiration - the beauty in the movement of the human form, in embrace, in dance, in a still moment. The beauty of low winter light penetrating the branches of bare trees.
“I create work viscerally, to be seen with your eyes but to be experienced emotionally.
I let my instinct speak, to lead the way.
Beauty is key to everything.
What I create with my gut works, what I create with my mind rarely does”

Ukrainian artist Asya Kozina has been creating historical and fantastical costumes out of paper since 2007. Inspired by baroque and rococo wigs and designers such as Philip Treacy and Iris van Herpen, she uses synthetic paper to build intricate headpieces. In 2019, Dolce & Gabbana bought two of Kozina’s creations. At last year’s Metropolitan fashion week in Los Angeles, she created a costume inspired by the architecture of her country. “I chose the House with Chimaeras which is symbolic for all Ukrainians - it has become a symbol of the resilience of the Ukrainian people”.
