Excellent point! Yesterday I was talking with a friend who has a lot of banking experience and he said banks will need to slow down transfers of money. This is due to how many people are now being scammed by unauthorized withdrawals from their accounts. Initially banks repaid money to you if you were unfortunate enough to get scammed. Now some are insisting that you prove you didn't take out the money yourself!

Just remembered- when I lived and worked in HK my boss pointed to a turtle on his mantelpiece and said I should slow down!
