Happiness is not something that happens to us:

’The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.’  Carl Rogers.

To seek happiness - takes a lot of hard work and a lot of self choices to set your own direction.

Rogers identified Ten clues to understand where we are in the process of life.

The premise of the article by Stephen Joseph Ph.D. is that if you are working on these clues then your are an a course for a good life - this is the ‘process of becoming.’
