Science is all about working together to solve problems. This is a really difficult concept for students to learn when they are learning from home. To help students stay connected, Arludo encourages students to collect science data through engaging mobile games and apps. Students then also get an opportunity to work directly with scientists on YouTube Live and connect with other students. This way, students feel like they are part of a community working together to solve problems, no matter where they are.

Paired kidney program leading to more kidney donations in Australia

Australian and New Zealand Paired Kidney Exchange Is going gang busters at increasing the number of kidneys donated / transplant patients into people that need them. Last year was a record year with 1/5 of all living kidney donors came from this program. The program allows friends and family who want to donate a kidney to a loved one but aren't a good medical match, to be paired with others in the same situation.
