New Laughter, Resilience and Wellbeing course at La Trobe University

La Trobe University has launched “Laughter, Resilience and Wellbeing”, the first ever Australian tertiary course of its kind. Designed for people working in a diverse range of health and other people-focused areas, this course offers the chance to promote mental health and wellbeing. Learn how to incorporate humour, laughter therapies and positive psychology into your practice in clinical, educational, and training environments. This online program, facilitated over 5 weeks beginning 2 October, is suitable for health professionals, therapists and educators.
