How to stop procrastinating on your health

The secret to the best and most successful healthy routines is that you never end up where you start, so you might as well get started.

Here are the top 4 tips to help you do that:

Be realistic - don't overreach with your initial plan.

Be practical - the greatest plan in history is useless if it doesn't get done.

Iterate - use your failures as information gathering tools.

Show up - getting it done is far better than getting it done right.

Health and wellbeing are skillsets and require a lifelong commitment, so get started!

Good points Phil. I used to spend a lot of time on our kids' health. Now I spend a lot more time on mine to prevent consequences of aging.

You just made another good point Phil. My daughter is caring for herself much better than I did eg using sunscreen. I'm a big fan of the Sunscreen Song by Baz Luhrman and have sent it to both our kids to help manage worries in life.
