Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and Barcodes have their own limitations and time issues. We are proposing a conveyor belt where customers can place all their retail grocery shopping and a computer vision enabled, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) reader will read the products accurately and inform the billing software.

We operate in the data capture & asset tracking technology space. This technology has been in application for a while even in the areas such as reading moving railway car ID with the use of OCR. Am curious to understand if you have a specific existing/tested SW & hardware solution available ?
