An interactive display at an innovation centre

post-image

Very pleased to see this interactive  IdeaSpies display at the nandin Innovation Centre in Sydney. It's designed for people who are curious, so they can easily see ideas that do good, explained simply.

The sign below the display says "Anyone can have a great idea and change the world...."

The display was developed by Professor Tim Boyle, Director Innovation and Commercialisation at ANSTO (Australia's Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation) and his team.

If you haven't been to ANSTO yet to see their inspiring work, particularly in nuclear medicine, we suggest you book a tour  https://www.ansto.gov.au/about/locations/book-a-tour

"This can be set up a few different ways depending on how technical and how much security each organisation requires.

To be really simple all that needs to happen is to have touchscreen display and a PC running chrome with a touchscreen keyboard browser extension. You then just run chrome in full screen.

If you make it fullscreen the navigation options disappear so people stay on the site. You can also set it up so that you can’t minimize   - although given the people in nandin are all trusted we haven’t gone to that level."

Tim Boyle
