GETTING ideas is great, but it takes some effort. ACTING on ideas is important to demonstrate leadership and to increase employee motivation. IMPLEMENTING ideas is where the rubber meets the road, requiring support and time and resources and teamwork and collaboration. You CAN do it, so DO IT! Make a difference. Leave an impact.
