A great movie and a lot of fun. It certainly highlighted the power of age diverse teams. And the huge potential of Mature Age Interns.
Depressing that 6 years later Employment Ageism has got even worse. Hugely dumb, hugely damaging.
For why it persists, who is responsible and how we can finally solve it...

Love Encore Careers and making a difference.
But an even bigger difference is letting the over 40s find good jobs, better jobs or any jobs at all!

Yes Toby- you offer a good solution based on your research. As we age we also need to reinvest in ourselves to be competitive, particularly in keeping up with technology.
