Not wishing to rain on the parade BUT it's hard to imagine that a purely non-residential/agricultural holding in a city centre, could be cost justifiable to build and operate and at the same time, get past general planning regulations which try to separate out "industrial/agricultural" activities from "commercial/residential". That said, access to oxygenation from living matter would certainly be an asset and the skyscraper tree certainly looks attractive. Perhaps this is just too much in front of the curve.
