Qantas is trialling a biometrics system that uses your face as your passport at Sydney International Airport. Participants will have their face scanned to prove identity, instead of a passport. In the future your face will be your passport and your boarding pass. Despite the high value of rock lobsters the long and complex lifecycle has made it impossible before now to produce the species in a commercially scalable hatchery.
