Sydney now has a unique annual event called VIVID featuring light, music and ideas. This is the Museum of Contemporary Art, one of many buildings at Circular Quay changing lights in May 2015.
Noma became the best restaurant in the world by experimenting with local ingredients to create a unique dining experience. This dish that we enjoyed (one of many at our dinner) was called the Hen and the egg.
