Fast Tracking the Version History of Contracts
Founded by former LinkedIn software engineers, Jordan Bryan and Kevin O’Connell, 'Version Story’ was first created in Kevin’s second year at Stanford Law School, when he enrolled in a computer programming course and was introduced to a Git (a programming tool that tracks changes in collaborative documents).  Version Story automates the version history of a document, tracking version changes easily and quickly.  With the ability to fit easily into a law firm’s workflow, it is a great tool for corporate lawyers, litigators and any lawyers who work on contracts.  To find out more, head here - https://versionstory.com

LOD and Syke open office in New York

Aussie Automated Legal Contracts Company, LawPath, launches in the US
One year on from its’ AUD$7.5 million funding round to support the company’s global expansion, LawPath has launched in the US.  US businesses can now create, manage and execute legal documents by accessing LawPath’s extensive library of legal documents, including NDAs, employment agreements, terms and conditions and privacy policies.  LawPath CEO Dom Woolrich told Bob Ambrogi from LawSites that their mission is to empower small businesses with the tools they need to complete their own legal  tasks.
