Now the technology that helps you to find your way outside is being used to help you inside -- and tell you about what you are seeing. The de Young Museum in San Francisco has launched a new app that uses the latest indoor positioning technology. It's the first app to use Apple's indoor positioning with core location technology. It can help you navigate through exhibits and listen on your phone to reviews of the works you would like to know more about- like at this recent exhibition of gowns by Oscar de la Renta. The museum contracted with Guidekick to build the technology.
