People with tattoos often get stereotyped as being a certain kind of person, even if it's part of their culture.

However, Oriini Kaipara has made history as the first person with a Māori face tattoo to present prime time news.

The Māori tattoo in question is the moko kauae, which is a sacred lower chin tattoo worn by Māori women.
