I was quite shocked when I was last in New York and ordered my usual room service for the first night of my stay at a major hotel chain. Instead of the beautiful silver tray I received my hamburger in a paper bag with plastic cutlery for the same price! I did not realise then that my dinner was through a food delivery platform however your idea indicates it was. Great opportunity for food delivery platforms but not great service for guests.
