Creating a perfect resume is vital for everyone in the current competitive job world. From the ones starting their career to those well settled in their field, everyone requires a resume when looking for a job. And few people can tell you what the ingredients of a perfect resume are. While we all look for these answers, video resumes are making their way into the modern hiring landscape and transforming the way companies acquire talent.

Magnetic Attraction: Microplastics

A Kyushu University study (2021) estimated there were 24.4 trillion pieces of microplastics in the world's upper oceans or roughly 30 billion 500-ml plastic water bottles. Microplastics are tiny, toxic and very hard to remove from the environment. But researchers in the US have discovered that some Natural Deep Eutectic Solvents (NADES) can attract and bind microplastics, making it easier to remove them from the environment.
