When we think and talk about diversity in the workplace, we often think about ethnicity, gender, and physical disabilities, we often leave neurodiverse people out of the conversation.
But no more. With a few tweaks of how job interviews are performed, such as being in a quiet environment or having low lighting, people with ASD could be helped into the workplace.
This will allow businesses to get the best people for their jobs, rather than just people who are good at interviews under the current interview structure.
