A free patch for The Sims 4 which includes a bunch of inclusive items such as binders, hearing aids, and glucose monitors, has been released for PC and console.

The Sims 4 has never shied away from bringing inclusivity to their game.

This was seen last year when the game introduced pronoun options for your sims as well as giving the ability to customise their sexualities.

Now it seems that the life simulator has introduced a wide variety of items available in Create a Sim. These are focused on your transgender sims as well as those with disabilities.
