I have used it to report fallen cables to Telstra and road repairs to a local council department, which were attended to in a timely manner.

The "Snap Send Solve" App allows an intuitive way to notify local councils, utilities or other authorities of issues that need addressing in your community. The App picks the incident location automatically, and a picture from your phone camera says a thousand words to the responsible entity.
