Good to hear you've used this platform Rafiq. Can you give us any examples of using it? Lynn

The video is a good introduction.  The application is a very easy, smart cities' technology platform that simplifies the reporting of community issues in Australia and New Zealand. I have used it to report fallen cables to Telstra and road repairs to a local council department, which were attended to in a timely manner.

The "Snap Send Solve" App allows an intuitive way to notify local councils, utilities or other authorities of issues that need addressing in your community. The App picks the incident location automatically, and a picture from your phone camera says a thousand words to the responsible entity.

You get an email from the organisation acknowledging the issue and that it has been recorded.

The best approach is to Download the App from the App-Store.

Interested persons can visit their website. (https://www.snapsendsolve.com/) for more information.

I have no association with this organisation, I simply liked the way the application can bring out the Good Samaritan in individuals, especially in these covid times.
