The App That Checks In

Sahha is a self-monitoring app that allows users to learn more about their mental wellbeing, without being burdened or disturbed by constantly checking in on their phone.

As part of Antler Australia’s program Sahha is on a mission to fight mental health issues and depression, all through silently monitoring your habits, such as your language, sleep patterns and physical activity.

While currently still in its beta testing stage, Sahha is tapping into what has become more and more in focus, the importance of mental health.

Check out the website here: https://sahha.health/
