Startups finding ways to help protect kids online

The encryption debate rages globally, with the increased need for security & privacy across society and business while highlighting challenges for law enforcement and child protection. Its in these complex moments, that innovative ideas and entrepreneurs provide much needed balance.

Google, Facebook and Microsoft have increased their investments in digital tools to identify predator behaviours online towards kids, protect kids while giving them access to digital experiences. Startups have some innovative approaches too - building in greater privacy controls and data sharing consent.

VCs are also throwing their support here. More to do.
