We have just completed research on the causes of Ageism, which led to the discovery of simple solutions:
1. Mature Age Internships
2. Bypass recruitment advertising and access a talent vault
These will save Employers money and give access to a giant pool of wasted talent; while dramatically reducing government deficits.
Our research focus? On the most damaging aspects of Ageism - Recruitment/Careers - my areas of expertise with 4 published books.
Most previous studies were around getting the Mature to take more 'personal responsibility'. However, the problem is Systemic, not personal, so Ageism got worse
