Jimmy Wales, Founder of Wikipedia,  joined Matt Romania, our IdeaSpies NFP Editor, for a conversation on artificial intelligence, social media and the future of Wikipedia. 

Jimmy said we should ask what engagement social media is encouraging. Engagement is often measured by clicks and likes, however this is superficial, and is encouraging the wrong behaviour. Social networks need to be based on trust.
