"Sensitive Santa" allows kids with sensory challenges to enjoy taking photos with Santa

Certain Westfield Shopping Centres are running a "Sensitive Santa" experience where kids with sensory challenges can have their photo taken with Santa in a quieter, sensory-friendly environment.

The photography sessions are run before stores are open, with booked timeslots and no queues. Westfield have also developed a social story using pictures to help explain to kids what they should expect when they meet Santa: https://7news.com.au/lifestyle/parenting/westfield-launches-sensitive-santa-experience-for-autistic-children-c-542437
