Thanks Lynn for sharing our idea. We had some defective issues on earlier runs of production and we also had deliveries issues with our previous fulfillment partner which causing some of the complaints from our customers. We have provided replacement or refund to unhappy customers, and quality issues had been resolved to an acceptable level and our new fulfillment partner is a lot more reliable now. It is hard to get things going for a start-up like us, but we are learning everyday. Thank you, Michael @ OneAdaptr Team
