More pollination in your garden

post-image

Bees, butterflies and insects play an essential role in pollinating our gardens. They transfer pollen from one flower to another, fertilising plants so they start forming fruits and seeds.

The Mr Fothergill's Native Bee Santuary contains a wooden bee house and a sachet of pollinator friendly flower seeds to help attract bees and beneficial insects to your garden.

This bee sanctuary is not a honey hive. It's suited to Australian native solitary bees, a number of which are stingless.

I think this is a great idea because it helps the bees, and keeps gardens growing. It also is great because people who are afraid of getting stung by bees can enjoy it as well.
