The Lucy Mentoring Program is a one on one mentoring program offered to female undergraduate students in the faculty of business and economics, in their 2nd year and above of undergraduate studies. The program connects female students with industry leaders and professionals. The relationships the mentees build with their mentors helps them with identifying the skills they need to be successful in their future career paths, as well as offering advice and guidance. Both the mentees and mentors are required to be committed to the program by spending 20 hours together over 5 months. https://students.mq.edu.au/experience/mentoring-and-volunteering/mentoring-in-the-faculties/lucy-mentoring-for-students
