Thanks Maria for this very useful summary of this important Summit, including planned outcomes. An area it would be good to cover somewhere in follow-up is how schools should be involved.

Each year in NSW, for example, 4,000+ HSC students complete the Design & Technology course undertaking a Major Design Project (MDP), spending months researching and building ethical and sustainable solutions to local and global problems. How many of these students can clearly see the pathways that are available to them? Many future jobs will open in the tech industry and are we encouraging and training enough students to fill them? https://www.uprisingdesigners.org
