Inspired by nature to reduce food spoilage

The WEF acknowleged that finding solutions to provide nutritious food to nearly 10 billion people by 2050 without destroying the planet is one of the greatest leadership opportunities of our generation.

And yet almost half the world's food ends up in landfill every year.

This US-based company (founded from a Gates Foundation grant) has found a way to reduce food spoilage, inspired by nature's strategy for preservation.
