Innovation initiative to help create fintechs in the US

US politicians McHenry and McCarthy recently launched an "Innovation Initiative" to make it easier for American entrepreneurs to create fintech ventures, especially those that help fund small businesses. Traditionally, Britain has been a leader in this space. This lead is attributed to their more principle based approach versus the rules based approach in the US.
