Hmmmm ? truly fabulous stuff keeps on coming from JLR, but ? leaving aside visual connections to Thomas the Tank Engine ? what?s missing here, i.e. not reflected in the pic, is that a major part of the problem are inattentive ?driverless pedestrians?.

Yes inattentive pedestrians are the problem and this is a clever way to help address it. It will be interesting to see the results of testing....
