Strengths-based HR governance delivers the best outcomes for people and culture

Culture is the sum of many human parts.

How can the Board of Directors really know people?

Humanico is a data-informed, visually analytical, real-time HR management a governance tool organised around knowing your people's strengths and working with them, not identifying their weaknesses and fixing them.

It creates a living & breathing map of the corporate's collective human face and also monitors the drivers of culture.

Following significant research it was clear to co-founders Fiona Vale and Paul Rush that a strengths-based approach best reflected the future of work, whilst assisting organisations to maximise their human capability.

As HR Professionals, Fiona & Paul, you maybe aware that the Australian Standards 4811 for Employment Screening will be updated this year. Contributors we have spoken to say it will include a risk assessment - a professional structured judgement. Is that something that you are across? And have you thought about how to ensure your org's decision making & adjudication is fair & fast?
