The one and a half meter rule prevents many catering entrepreneurs from opening their doors. Art and culture institution Mediamatic in Amsterdam is planning to test safe 'quarantine greenhouses' in which guests can dine in twos.

This idea is amazing, some restaurants followed the 1.5m rule and separate the chairs which let customers felt strange. The glass greenhouse makes it more romantic but it just suitable for the restaurants which offer outside dining space.

Yes this is an excellent idea and very popular for outdoor use. We're hoping to get interest from restaurants in requesting a prototype to make it.
