Claire and her friend Natalie went to dinner after a show in London. It was Natalie's birthday, but she had never seen a Happy Birthday message written in chocolate the way that so many people have seen.

She was blind.

But the chef, from Luciano's, who had no advance warning of their arrival or need, did something extraordinary.

Happy Birthday was written in Braille, the chocolate set hard, so Natalie could read the words like never before.

An incredible effort of inclusion that personifies the art of hospitality.
