I think tram/light rail travel is an ideal form of city/inner suburban travel but I was rather disappointed with the"end product"
The seats were upright and uncomfortable; much noise came into the cabin whilst moving and there is very significant squeal from the wheels as corners are turned.
Maybe this is as up to date as the technology goes but this along with very slow journey speeds[ said to improve in time] is not going to encourage custom.
