Autistic Co-Workers to Deliver Autism Training for Neurotypical Colleagues

In a study of an Australian autism hiring program, researchers found that future programs along similar lines should include autistic people leading training sessions for their autistic co-workers. 

This would create more opportunities for both parties to get to know each other. And co-workers may understand autism better and prevent future bias or perceived unfairness.
